Ms. Norwood is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both clinical care and healthcare leadership. She completed her nursing education in the Philippines and earned a master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, followed by post-master’s certifications in Pediatric Primary Care and Healthcare Business Management.

She brings a strong passion for pediatrics and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and their families. With years of experience managing both acute and chronic pediatric conditions—including asthma, ADHD, eczema, and obesity—she is known for her thorough, thoughtful, and family-centered approach to care.

Prior to transitioning fully into advanced practice nursing, Ms. Norwood held several leadership roles in pediatric specialty and urgent care clinics. In these roles, she focused on improving patient access, clinic efficiency, and overall quality of care. This background allows her to combine clinical expertise with a well-rounded understanding of healthcare systems.

Patients and families consistently describe Ms. Norwood as attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She believes in listening closely, educating families, and working in partnership with them to support each child’s health and well-being.
